EvryApp is a software and web app discovery platform that supports listing management, ownership claims, promotion surfaces, and analytics.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and restricting access to your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Listing and Submission Responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of submitted listing information.
• You may not submit misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• EvryApp may review, modify, reject, suspend, or remove listings at its discretion.

Claim Verification and Ownership Rules

• Ownership claims may require payment and technical verification steps.
• False ownership claims are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
• We may deny, reverse, or revoke claim status where ownership cannot be validated.

Billing and Stripe

Paid features and listing subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges where applicable under your selected plan.

• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods.
• Failure to pay may result in feature restriction, listing demotion, or listing removal/suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, impersonation, false claims, and abusive automation.
• Security abuse, scraping for unauthorized use, or interference with platform reliability.
• Illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

Intellectual Property

EvryApp and related branding, software, and platform content are owned by StructaSystems LLC or its licensors.

You retain rights to content you submit, while granting us rights necessary to host, display, and operate the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, legal risk, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to billing terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

StructaSystems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/data.

Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction selected by StructaSystems LLC.

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
